  • Gianni worked on my 117 year old house. There was a lot of damage to this panel from dry rot and termites. The whole area needed to be re built with new wood and new molding. This was no easy task, but he came through with the finished product. I would recommend Gianni. If he can rebuild a 117 year old panel in a New American Colonial house, then I’m sure he can handle just about anything you throw at him.

  • My name is Joe Lateer and after too many years I needed to take control from termites. I had painted the front I realized how much crumbling wood there was. I had I didn’t know much about how to eliminate them. I also didn’t know much about construction. I looked for a carpenter to fix the issues. It turns out that termites were attacking many people in my town and I had a problem in dealing with them. I finally found Gianni and asked him to come over to assess my problem.

  • He stopped by when he said he would be there and we began evaluating the all of the problems. He pointed out a significant number of problems that I hadn’t realized. He also recommended the way to control the termites, replace the fascia that needed to be cut out, and others that were not yet in too bad of shape. He evaluated it and provided a quote to cover his hourly price and an estimate the cost of boards to replace the facia, exposed rafter overhangs.

  • He was going to procure the replacement boards and I covered the prices as we went along. All of this activity was done on time and any additional that requested was handled without a problem. He also showed me the options for repairing these types of board with filling vs replacement so that I can do-it-myself! We would use him again when we need carpentry expertise.
